   We will provide you with the return address and further return instructions.
   The package is returned to the specified address, and it is recommended to use a trackable delivery method to ensure the safe delivery of the package.
   Once the refund is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. The refund will be refunded through your original payment method, and the specific arrival time depends on your bank or payment service provider.
3. Free return products
   Some products are not eligible for return and refund conditions, including but not limited to:
   Customized or personalized products.
4. Shipping costs
   If the defective product is defective or wrong, the shipping costs of the returned product shall be borne by the customer.
   If the product has quality problems or is sent incorrectly, you can contact us to resolve it, and the shipping costs will be borne by us.
5. Exchange
   Currently, we do not provide direct exchange service. If you need to exchange the product, please apply for a refund according to the above return process and use the refund to purchase a new product.
